Corporate Voucher Programs
Managing corporate health campaigns with coded vouchers
Corporate voucher programs allow organisations to sponsor health services for their employees or members. Programs are created and managed in the Team Management Portal, not in the site admin app.
What Are Voucher Programs?
A voucher program is a corporate health campaign where a client organisation funds specific services for their people. Each program generates voucher codes that recipients use when booking through the public booking page.
Example: A corporate client sponsors flu vaccinations for 500 employees. You create a program, generate voucher codes, and distribute them. Employees enter their code when booking to receive the service at no cost (or reduced cost).
Program Lifecycle
Each program moves through these stages:
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being configured — not yet active |
| Active | Codes can be redeemed and bookings made |
| Paused | Temporarily suspended — existing bookings honoured, no new redemptions |
| Completed | Program finished — no further redemptions |
| Cancelled | Program cancelled before completion |
How Vouchers Work
Code Distribution
Voucher codes can be distributed in three ways:
- CSV export — download codes as a spreadsheet for manual distribution
- Email distribution — send codes directly to recipients via email
- Multi-use codes — a single code shared across multiple recipients (e.g., printed on a poster)
Redemption
When a customer books through the public booking page:
- They select the relevant service
- At checkout, they enter their voucher code
- The system validates the code against the program (checking eligibility, expiry, and store eligibility)
- The booking is created with the voucher applied
Store Eligibility
Programs can be restricted to specific stores. Only eligible sites will accept the voucher code during booking.
Corporate Client Management
Corporate clients are organisations that sponsor programs. Each client can have multiple active programs across different services and time periods.
Managing Programs
Voucher programs are managed in the Team Management Portal, not in the site admin app. Contact your organisation administrator for access.
Program management includes:
- Creating and configuring programs (service, pricing, validity dates)
- Generating and distributing voucher codes
- Monitoring redemption progress
- Pausing or completing programs
- Viewing program analytics and reporting
Managing Vouchers on Existing Bookings
Voucher setup and distribution still happen in the Team Management Portal, but site staff can now manage a voucher on an existing booking inside Light.
From the booking detail page, staff can:
- add a voucher to one service row
- replace the current voucher for that service
- remove a voucher without changing the rest of the booking
Light validates the voucher before it can be saved, then updates the service row and booking summary so the active code is visible straight away.
