Quick Diagnostics

AIR data not loading?

  1. Check PRODA connection: Settings > Integrations > AIR Integration > verify Connected (green)
  2. Check patient identification: verify green AIR badge on customer profile
  3. Check internet connection

Encounter submission failing?

  1. Read the error message in the toast notification
  2. Verify all required fields (marked with *) are completed
  3. Check if an Accept and Confirm is needed
