AIR Setup Guide
Step-by-step instructions for setting up PRODA integration and connecting Light to AIR
Setting up AIR integration requires completing steps in both PRODA and Light.
- Prepare PRODA — configure your account, link to AIR, and create a B2B device
- Configure AIR Provider — enter your provider credentials in Light
- Activate PRODA Device — connect Light to AIR using your activation code
- Submit Online Claiming Provider Agreement (HW027) — notify Services Australia of your Minor ID
- Verify Access — confirm your authorisations are active
If you don't have a PRODA account, visit servicesaustralia.gov.au/proda to register before proceeding.
1. Prepare PRODA
Configure your PRODA account and generate a device activation code
2. Configure AIR Provider
Enter your provider credentials in Light
3. Activate PRODA Device
Connect Light to AIR using your activation code
4. Submit Online Claiming Provider Agreement (HW027)
Notify Services Australia of your Minor ID
5. Verify AIR Access
Confirm your connection and authorisations are active
