AIR Setup Guide

Step-by-step instructions for setting up PRODA integration and connecting Light to AIR

Setting up AIR integration requires completing steps in both PRODA and Light.

  1. Prepare PRODA — configure your account, link to AIR, and create a B2B device
  2. Configure AIR Provider — enter your provider credentials in Light
  3. Activate PRODA Device — connect Light to AIR using your activation code
  4. Submit Online Claiming Provider Agreement (HW027) — notify Services Australia of your Minor ID
  5. Verify Access — confirm your authorisations are active
