Viewing Patient Data
Access patient immunisation history, due vaccines, medical exemptions, and download official statements
Light provides access to patient immunisation data from AIR, displayed on customer profile pages. All data is retrieved in real-time from Services Australia.
AIR Status Badges
When viewing a customer profile, the AIR status badge shows:
- Green (Identified) — patient found in AIR, all data available
- Red (Not Identified) — patient not found, verify Medicare details (card number, IRN, date of birth)
Patient identification requires accurate Medicare card number, Individual Reference Number (IRN), and date of birth. Any mismatch will prevent AIR data retrieval.
