Downloading Immunisation History Statements

Light can generate official immunisation history statements from Services Australia for patients, schools, childcare, employers, or other healthcare providers.

How to Download

1. Open the patient's profile in Light
2. Confirm green Identified AIR badge
3. Find the actions dropdown on the AIR section of the customer profile
4. Select Download Immunisation Statement
5. Wait for the statement to generate (a few seconds)
6. The PDF will download automatically

What the Statement Contains

• Patient demographics (name, date of birth, Medicare number)
• Complete vaccination records from AIR
• Medical exemptions (contraindications, natural immunity)
• Catch-up dates (if scheduled)
• Services Australia official formatting and branding

Regenerating Statements

Generate a new statement after:

• Recording new vaccinations
• Recording new medical exemptions
• When the recipient requires a current statement

There is no limit on how many statements you can generate.
