Medical Contraindications

Vaccines the patient cannot receive due to medical reasons.

Each record shows:

  • Vaccine — which vaccine is contraindicated
  • Type — permanent (no end date) or temporary (has end date)
  • Reason — medical reason for the contraindication
  • Start date and End date (temporary only)
  • Anaphylaxis date (if applicable)

Always review contraindications before administering vaccines. Do not administer contraindicated vaccines without consulting a medical practitioner.

Natural Immunity

Documented laboratory-confirmed immunity to diseases without vaccination.

Each record shows:

  • Disease/Antigen — the disease the patient is immune to
  • Notification date — when immunity was notified to AIR
  • Laboratory test date — when the lab test confirmed immunity
  • Diagnosis date — when the disease was diagnosed (if applicable)

Vaccine Trials

Clinical trial participation records. These are read-only — submitted by authorised trial researchers only and cannot be modified by healthcare providers.
