Filtering Bookings

Finding specific bookings using filters and search

The bookings page can display a large number of bookings across different dates, services, and statuses. Filters help you narrow this down to exactly what you need.

Opening Filters

Click the Filter button in the bookings page toolbar. When filters are active, a badge appears on the button showing the number of active filters.

Available Filters

Date Range

Choose from quick presets — Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, or This Month — or set a custom date range using the date pickers.

Status

Use the checkboxes to show only bookings with specific statuses:

  • Booked — confirmed upcoming bookings
  • Checked In — customers who have arrived
  • Attended — completed bookings
  • Missed — customers who did not attend
  • Cancelled — bookings that were cancelled

Category

Filter by how the booking was created:

  • Online — booked by the customer through the public portal
  • Manual — created by staff in Light
  • Held — held bookings awaiting confirmation

Resource

Select one or more specific resources (e.g., a particular pharmacist or consultation room) to see only their bookings.

Service Offering

Select one or more service offerings to filter by. If a service has variants, you can Shift-click the parent offering to select it and all of its variants at once.

Clearing Filters

You can clear filters individually by deselecting them, or use the Clear All button to reset every filter at once.

Tips

Combining filters is the fastest way to get common views. For example:

  • Set the date to Today and the status to Checked In to see who has arrived.
  • Set the date to Tomorrow and the resource to a specific pharmacist to review their upcoming schedule.
  • Filter by Cancelled and This Week to review recent cancellations.
