Non-Bookable Offering Groups

Create organisational groups for variants without direct booking

16 January 2026 · Feature

You can now mark parent service offerings as "offering groups" to organise related variants without allowing the parent to be booked directly.

This is useful when you want to group similar services together (like different types of vaccinations) and have customers select a specific variant rather than booking the general category. For example, you might create a "Flu Vaccinations" offering group with variants for different age groups or formulations, ensuring customers always select the specific type they need.

Offering groups still control availability and settings for all their variants, but they appear disabled in booking interfaces with a helpful badge indicating they're for organisation only. This helps keep your service list structured whilst ensuring customers make the right selection.
