Service Alerts and Eligibility Requirements

You can now set eligibility requirements on individual services to restrict bookings by age or gender, with optional state-based overrides. For example, you might configure a pharmacist vaccination service as available only to customers aged 5 and over in one state, but 10 and over in another.

Eligibility is validated server-side during booking, and customers see clear messaging when a service isn't available to them. You can also add configurable service alerts that display as banners on the public booking page — useful for seasonal notices, consent reminders, or state-specific regulatory information.
