You can now add notes to bookings, customers, and sites. Each note can be pinned to keep important information visible, and categorised to help your team stay organised.

Use booking notes to record special instructions or follow-up actions. Customer notes are great for tracking preferences or important health information across visits. Site notes help capture operational details that your whole team can reference.

Notes are visible to all staff at your site and stay attached to their record for future reference.
