Create bookings for customers who arrive without an appointment

You can now create walk-in bookings for customers who arrive at your pharmacy without a prior appointment.
When creating a booking, toggle Walk-in to skip customer selection and reserve the timeslot immediately. After the booking is created, you'll see options to share a QR code or send a link (via SMS or email) so the customer can complete their details and any required forms on their own device. This keeps your queue moving while ensuring all intake information is still captured.
Walk-in bookings also support a kiosk mode — a dedicated URL your pharmacy can display on a tablet or screen so customers can self-register when they arrive. The kiosk collects the customer's details and presents any pre-service forms for completion, all without staff involvement.
Walk-in bookings appear in your calendar and booking lists with a clear indicator, so you can distinguish them from scheduled appointments at a glance.
