You can now set capacity limits on your services to control how many bookings can be made in different time periods.
Configure maximum bookings per day, week, month, year, or in total across any combination that suits your service. For example, you might limit flu vaccinations to 20 per day and 100 per week to match your vaccine stock and staff availability.
When a limit is reached, the system automatically hides unavailable time slots from the public booking page, so customers only see times when capacity is available. You can view real-time capacity usage with helpful progress bars showing how close you are to each limit, along with when the limit will reset.
Capacity limits help you manage high-demand services, match booking availability to resource constraints, and prevent overbooking without having to manually close time slots.
