Configuration Issue Highlighting
Surface service and resource setup issues directly in Settings

Light now highlights configuration issues directly in Settings → Service Offerings and Settings → Resources. A Configuration Issues badge appears in list rows and detail pages so teams can quickly spot setup problems before they affect bookings.
The badge covers both blocking and warning-level issues, including missing linked resources, missing virtual availability, unsatisfied dynamic requirements, and resources using custom hours without valid inclusion schedules.
