Add and manage notes directly from customer and service records

You can now manage notes directly from customer and service records in Light. Customer profiles include a dedicated Notes tab, and services now have their own Notes tab for service-specific information.

Service notes are also easier to use during day-to-day work. Pinned notes stay visible in the service side panel, and staff can open the Notes sheet from the encounter page without leaving the workflow.

This makes it easier to capture follow-up details, operational context, and service-specific observations exactly where your team needs them.
