Paired Kiosks and Booking Handoff
Manage in-pharmacy kiosks from Settings and send bookings directly to a shared device

Light now supports paired kiosk devices for in-pharmacy self-service and staff handoff.
Manage kiosks from Settings → Kiosks, where you can:
- add and name kiosk devices
- issue or reissue pairing QR codes
- control whether the kiosk shows I have a booking and Walk-in options, in addition to listening for handoffs
- customise the kiosk home title and message
- protect kiosk controls with a site-level PIN
Walk-in bookings can be sent directly to an online kiosk from the post-creation panel. Existing bookings can also be sent from the booking page when the customer still has incomplete forms or prescreeners to finish. If needed, staff can replace a busy kiosk's current job and then monitor the handoff from the booking page.
